Chocolate Sauce with Vanilla - Ice Cream Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 8 tbsp - drinking chocolate
  • 2 cups - water
  • 4 tbsp - cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp - corn flour
  • 10 tbsp - sugar
Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a pan and keep stirring, till it boils and the sauce coats the back of the spoon.
  2. Cool and store in the refrigerator.
  3. Serve hot with vanilla ice-cream or chocolate brownies garnished with chopped cashewnuts.
