Ingredients:
- 8 tbsp - drinking chocolate
- 2 cups - water
- 4 tbsp - cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp - corn flour
- 10 tbsp - sugar
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a pan and keep stirring, till it boils and the sauce coats the back of the spoon.
- Cool and store in the refrigerator.
- Serve hot with vanilla ice-cream or chocolate brownies garnished with chopped cashewnuts.
