Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 litres - milk
- 250 g - sugar
- 200 g - fresh cream
- 100 g - glucose powder
- 3 tsp - corn flour
- 10 g - pistas
- 2 to 3 drops - pista essence
- 1/2 to 1 tsp - green colour
- Boil and reduce milk to 1/3rd keeping a little cold milk aside.
- Mix corn flour in the cold milk, add to the boiling milk, add sugar and allow to boil for further 3 minutes
- Remove from fire and add fresh cream, glucose powder, essence and colour. Allow to cool.
- Blend in a liquidizer - 3 times as already described.
- After the final blending add the powdered nuts, mix well and deep freeze in moulds. Allow to set completely
