Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg - chicken
- 2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp - ground pepper
- 4 tbsp - oil
- 1/2 cup - water
- 1 tbsp - lemon juice
- 2 - green chillies
- Add salt and black pepper to ginger-garlic paste.
- Marinate the chicken with this paste for one hour.
- Heat oil in a kadai and add marinated chicken.
- After frying for 10-15 minutes, reduce heat.
- Add the green chillies and water.
- Simmer till chicken is tender.
- Add lemon juice and serve hot.
