Cucumber Raitha - Gujarati Recipes

Ingredients
  • 1 medium Cucumber (grated)
  • 4 cups Fresh Curd (yogurt)
  • Chili Powder
  • Jeera Powder
  • Salt
Method
  1. Make the curd smooth by beating it lightly.
  2. Add the grated cucumber, chili powder, jeera powder and salt.
  3. Mix thoroughly and set to chill.
  4. Serve chilled.
