Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg - chicken
- 2 - eggs
- 3 - green chillies
- 1 bunch - coriander leaves
- 1 bunch - mint leaves
- 2 tsp - ginger paste
- 2 tsp - garlic paste
- 100g - khoya
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Blend together all ingredients in a blender, expect coriander leaves.
- Once the chicken is blended, take out the blended paste in a bowl and add coriander leaves to it and mix well
- well and kept aside for 5 min.
- Shape into balls or rolls as per your style.
