Easy chicken kebab recipe - Indian Chicken Recipes

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kg - chicken
  • 2 - eggs
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 1 bunch - coriander leaves
  • 1 bunch - mint leaves
  • 2 tsp - ginger paste
  • 2 tsp - garlic paste
  • 100g - khoya
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
Method
  1. Blend together all ingredients in a blender, expect coriander leaves.
  2. Once the chicken is blended, take out the blended paste in a bowl and add coriander leaves to it and mix well
  3. well and kept aside for 5 min.
  4. Shape into balls or rolls as per your style.
Deep fry in hot oil in a kadai and serve hot with sauce or mint chutney.
