Ingredients
- 250 gms Raspberries
- A little Icing Sugar
- Vanilla Ice-Cream
- 1 Peach
- Mix 150 gms of raspberries and a little icing sugar in a blender.
- Slice a peach and divide it between two tall glasses, layering it with remaining whole berries, scoops of vanilla ice cream and raspberry sauce.
- Peach Melba Sundae is ready to serve.
