Banana Raita Recipe - Gujarati Recipes

Ingredients
  • 3 Bananas, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Wedge lemon
  • 1/2 Cup shredded coconut
Method
  1. Stir-fry coconut in a pan.
  2. Pour a little lemon juice over bananas (to keep it from browning).
  3. Smear bananas with yogurt (vanilla) and top with toasted coconut. Serve.
