Peach Ice Cream Recipe - Ice Cream Recipes

Ingredients
  • 10 Peaches, pitted and chopped
  • 6 Eggs, beaten
  • 4 Cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Cups half-and-half cream
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3-1/2 Cups white sugar
Method
  1. Mix the eggs and sugar in a bowl until tender.
  2. Puree peaches in blender and stir 5 cups of puree into egg mixture.
  3. Stir in half-and-half, vanilla cream and salt and mix well.
  4. Pour the half-and-half mixture into freezer canister of ice cream maker and freeze.
